what currency are your prices in? all prices are in Euro.

what are the characteristics of the materials? most of the materials we use are natural, like the wood and stone. Therefore each piece has unique characteristics that make them so special.

where do you ship? we ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not included on the previous list, please, contact us to inquire.

what forms of payment do you accept? payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments, all through PayPal.

when will my order ship? all our products are hand crafted in small production batches. We usually don't keep stock, so when you place an order it will require between four and six weeks of manufacturing until the product is ready to ship. After dropped at the post office the delivery time is from 3 to 6 business days.

how will I know when my order ships? your PayPal order confirmation will suffice as proof of payment. We send out an email when your item ships out - this will also include the tracking information for the item.

can I sell your products in my store? If you do have a store, please contact us to know our wholesale condition.
